Hobbit Poster Recreation

For those of you familiar with the work of artist Peter Pracownik, this should be a very familiar looking poster.  I took his version and did a slightly updated version of it. using most of the dwarf designs from the new Peter Jackson movie.  For Bilbo, as crazy as it sounds, I have always LOVED the version of him from the Playstation 2: Hobbit video Game, so that is usually how I depict him in my artwork, as you will see here.  Gollum is my distinct version of him.  I always make him with large bulbous eyes similar to a blind Cave fish.  most everything else I have left pretty much the same, or as close as I could render it to Peter Pracownik's original.  I am by no means a stickler for getting things to look exactly like what I am drawing from so I am pleased if it even resembles what I am working from, so if you see any inconsistencies, its no big deal, (Especially in my work).  One other noteworthy thing I have changed in my version is the Shire.  I replaced it with a cool looking (if not somewhat cartoony) version of Bag End. I am pretty proud of how it turned out, being that it was the 2nd picture I have successfully EVER drawn completely on the Wacom Tablet.  the rest was all done by hand.  using Pencil and prisma color inks and Sharpies, then scanned into Photoshop to be colored.  I drew almost everything on here seperately, so ithe original raw file contains about 40 + layers.  it took me about 4 weeks, but it was a lot of fun. and I am very pleased with how it turned out.  please check it out here, and let me know what you think in the comments!
